'Who We Are'
Phoenix Rising is an Independent A class winterguard in Pittsburgh, PA.
We compete locally in the
Three Rivers Winter Ensemble Associate (TRWEA)
and nationally as a member of
Winter Guard International (WGI).
Our membership consists of high school and college students from the greater Pittsburgh Area.
